I just want to say HELL yeah! Yoga is extremely healthy for the body.
This is a good goal! As I stated in another post though…baby steps. Through baby steps, we get to this place. And then, slowly but surely, we can run a mile easily!

Everyone can do something. Taking baby steps in the beginning is the key. Most of the time the only one telling you that you CANNOT do something…is you. Sometimes you just gotta tell yourself to shut up.
